If something arrives broken
We’ll replace it, free.
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, but we always replace items that arrive damaged.
How much is shipping?
U.S. shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Under $75, it’s a flat $8.99.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm Pacific, Monday to Saturday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ship the next shipping day. We don’t ship on Sundays or USPS holidays, so orders from Saturday afternoon and Sunday ship on Monday.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We only ship within the United States for now.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if something arrives broken?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement. No need to send anything back.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges. We do replace anything that arrives broken, free.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us right away. If it hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best.
How do I light bakhoor?
Light a charcoal disc with tongs until it glows and turns grey at the edges. Place it in the burner bowl, then add a small piece of bakhoor on top.
Do burners come with charcoal?
No, charcoal is not included.
Is it safe to use indoors?
Yes, with care. Use it on a heat-safe surface, keep a window cracked, never leave lit charcoal unattended, and keep it away from children and pets.
How do I clean my burner?
Let it cool fully, empty the ash, and wipe the bowl with a dry cloth.
How should I wash the cups?
We recommend washing by hand, especially sets with gold rims, to keep them looking new.
How much do the cups hold?
It depends on the set, and each product page lists the size. The Marrakech Mosaic set comes in 4 oz espresso cups and 8 oz cappuccino cups.
